Maintenance:

. 1. Cleaning and maintenance of each shift

1) The table shall be cleaned every day.

2) All chains and gears of the machine shall be lubricated once every two weeks and dust and debris shall be removed.

3) The main motor reducer should be replaced with oil #90 once a year.

4) When replacing parts for maintenance, pay attention to turn off the power to avoid danger during disassembly. Use correct tools for replacement. Do not use improper tools to forcibly remove the parts

 2. Monthly inspection and maintenance

1) Oil and lubricate the meshing gears and sprocket chains in the transmission system of the machine, and the lubrication method is based on the principle of light smear.

2) Lubricate the opposite end sealing bearing.

3) Check the tension of the chain and belt of the transmission parts, and adjust it if necessary.

4) Check the loosening of screws or nuts of each component and tighten them if necessary.
